    There are no long queues, the staff are welcoming and services are incredibly fast. One of the best healthcare services I've seen in Accra so far.

    Right from my very first contact to the end. The receptionist, the Nurses, The Doctors Awesome. Don't know if I should say this but these guys have brought my confidence back into seeking medical attention in Ghana. I lost it the last time I visited Ghana. I'm still reeling from the awesome services received from these guys. The Doctors are detailed, professional and easy to talk with. They leave no stone unturned. I am humbled.

    Customer care at the front desk and cashier point leaves much to be desired. It's like everyone you meet is annoyed with something… Even in the early hours of the day when you're supposedly not overworked.

    One dark female stuff at the front desk is very disrespectful not willing to be thought whats right about customer service.

    I want to suggest that every procedure time should be given so patients don't have to be waiting for a doctor from 10am for the doctor to arrive after 12pm.

    Why schedule a patient for 7:00am if the doctor will only arrive at work between 8:30am to 9:00am??
