Premier Florist offers beautiful arrangements. I have ordered a couple of times from overseas for delivery of flowers in Accra. Very easy to do. Wonderful service and flowers were greatly appreciated.

Excellent communication and on point costumer service! Flowers delivered just as promised inspite of my order coming all the way from Brazil (in such a short notice). I highly recommend their services!

I am from Texas and wanted to send a bouquet of flowers to my Lady in Aacra Ghana, they did there best and my Lady received her Flowers and was so happy and surprised as she did not think I could get her something special, but I did thanks to Premier Florest.....I will use them often.

We order for a bouquet, they give us grass of 150ghc, without a single rose on it, I ask them there is no flower in it, they told they don't have flowers we only have this grass.
all bouquet was old and damage.. I was cheated from them.
Pls avoid them and save your money and time.

I feel cheated. The flowers are expensive for what they are and in the end they were not even what I ordered!
The bouquet was supposed to includes white daisy spray chrysanthemums, pink carnations, red miniature carnations and red roses.
THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE FLOWER like mentioned in the description. They put some random flowers. The pictures on the website are a lie. It was supposed to come in a vase too. That didn’t happen either.
I would put a zero star if I could.

Worst customer service ever. They were very rude to me on the phone the first and second time. My first experience was they were supposed to have delivered to me white roses which they didn’t but rather delivered some flowers that I don’t even know off. And when I inquired the response I had from them was “the only thing you should have done was to say thank you and not to complain “. Hmmm, as if I had begged them to send me flowers and as though the flowers were free.
My second experience was j ust this past Valentine’s Day 14th Feb, 2020. They were supposed to deliver flowers to me at my office that day but they didn’t and they also didn’t bother to call to apologize or anything. Rather they call on Saturday about 3:00pm there about only to tell me my phone wasn’t reachable which is a blatant lie. No apologies came as well, then they went ahead to ask rudely “Do you want the flowers to be delivered to you or not?!” which I found unacceptable, so I told them not to deliver them and that they should refund the money back to the one who ordered the flowers.

Can you imagine? Am I even suppose to know I’m going to receive flowers? Are flowers not meant to be received as surprises?
Why would a floral shop call to tell me they are bringing me flowers? Hmmm.

They are so rude, so disrespectful, poor communication skills and poor customer relations. I wonder why they still get orders. … – show
